News A Midsummer concert of light jazz and poetry is to be performed in the garden of Jardin de la Alpujarra on Saturday June 25th 2010. The concert will start at 20.00, but the gardens however, are open from 19.00 on the evening allowing visitors time to appreciate what is in flower with us in August and the changes since their last visit. Some seats will be available but it may be best to bring with you a chair or cushion so you can be comfortable. Duration approximately 1hr to 1hr 15minutes. Those people who have seen one of our previous classical concerts have had a beautiful, relaxing evening gazing over the mountains accompanied by strings and piano drifting lightly on the balmy evening breeze. The entrance is free (please follow the signs posted), a collection will be made at the end of the concert which will be divided between the performers and 'Jardin de la Alpujarra'. We greatly appreciate your support, all donations go directly to the upkeep and development of the garden.
